How We Work
Step 1: 30 Minute Phone Consultation
First, we’ll start with a complimentary initial assessment over the phone based on your responses from the initial organizing needs assessment.
During our consultation we will discuss: your current situation, your organizing challenges, your organizing goals, your vision for your organizing project; and, how we can help you reach those goals. The assessment will last approximately 30 minutes.Once we’ve finished, we will be ready to set up our first hands-on organizing session.

STEP 2: The First Organizing Session
When we meet for the first time, we’ll take a walk through the spaces/areas you've identified during our consultation, looking at the scope of the projects(s) that need to be done, followed by creating a Plan of Action, custom-designed to help you stay organized by mapping out strategies to keep you on track.
Length of Projects
This is a very common question and it all depends on several factors: the client’s availability, the complexity of the project, the client’s ability to continue organizing without our help, and the ability to let go of possessions.
If it is a small project, such as a hall closet, we can start right away. If it is a large project, we will break it down into smaller, more manageable tasks. See Session Bundles
* Please note that the initial session is 3 hours long VS. the subsequent sessions, which are all 4 hours long.

STEP 3: Follow-Up & Maintenance Sessions
Once we are finished with our project(s), you will receive a follow-up survey.
We truly appreciate any input you might have for us so we can improve in the ways we serve those with similar needs.
Fill it out and receive a $15 Gift Voucher to use towards another project!
However, for most, this is not the end to your organizing problems and we understand. That's why we offer our maintenance sessions.
So, should you still need our help keeping everything in order once your organizing project is complete, we are here to help. Depending on
both our schedules, we can meet weekly or at times convenient for you OR if you are eager to continue working on your own between sessions,
we can prepare a to-do list for you before our next session.
